Feargal Quinn opened his first shop in 1960, marking the birth of an iconic Irish retail brand. Since those early days, Superquinn has expanded its footprint to become a nationwide chain of 23 stores employing over 3,000 people.

Superquinn have a strong presence in the Dublin area with 14 stores throughout the city and country, and have also expanded nationally, with stores in Kilkenny, Carlow, Clonmel, Waterford, Limerick, Bray, Charlesland, Naas, and Portlaoise. They pride themselves on delivering an enjoyable and memorable shopping experience for their customers.

Superquinn has been an employer in local communities for decades and is committed to supporting Irish jobs not only through its network of stores, but also indirectly by supporting Irish producers. At Superquinn 4 out of every 5 euro we spend is on fresh produce from local suppliers.

In October 2000 Superquinn was the first Irish retailer to launch an Online Grocery Service in Ireland. Now there are currently over 12,000 products to choose from including a full range of fresh produce as well as chilled and frozen products.

The customer's order is carefully selected by trained Superquinn shoppers and delivered directly to their door in one of our custom built temperature controlled vans. Since commencing operation, Superquinn Online Shopping has won several national & international awards for its ecommerce innovation.
