Card Purchasing Process: “The Customers Perspective”
Step 1 |
The customer can purchase the Life Wise MasterCard Gift Card from their Life Wise website. The website will follow “step by step” customer friendly service. |

The customer selects the gift card value (€25, €50, € 100, or €150) and the quantity of gift cards the wish to purchase. There is a limit of 5 gift cards per transaction and a maximum value of €150 per transaction, per day. |

Step 3 |
The customer enters the delivery recipients’ details. The customer can choose to send the gift card as a gift to a friend by entering their friend's home address as the “Recipient details”. |

Step 4 |
The customer enters in their credit/debit card details to pay for the gift card. This website is protected by “3D Secure” and “Verified by Visa” |

Step 5 |
Once the payment details are confirmed, the purchaser and recipient(s) is sent a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of their order. |

Step 6 |
The BPS customer service team at this point are sent a confirmation of the purchase and will arrange fulfilment promptly. |
