Fitsquad are group Fitness Training Sessions aimed at Men and Women of all ages and fitness levels to get Fit and have Fun in an outdoor setting. Fitsquad professional Trainers provide you with programmed sessions each targeting different muscle groups using Resistance Interval Training, Abdominal Exercise, Yoga, Stretching, Dyna Bands, Weights, Boxercise, Circuit Training and more.

The Fitsquad sessions start in August in Herbert Park in Donnybrook and work out as little as €6 per 1 hour session 3 times per week Tuesday & Thursday evenings at 6.30pm and Sat mornings 10.30am and runs in 6 week cycles.
